Bowl of Chips
Back in 2016, I was a stupid 11 year old who was learning Javascript. One of the first games I made with it was a shitty text-based clicker game where you clicked to eat all the chips in a bowl. I then had the not-so-bright idea of adding more to it, making it a clicker game fused with a novel for no reason:
"Click to eat the chips, then transition to a new segment, now you click to run from Kevin, who's mad you ate the chips, etc..."
But even after I had learned how to make buttons do things, I just kept adding new segments. I ended up making it a tradition to write more of the game's story as a way to blow off steam. Today, it is still growing, as I casually add whatever I feel like, whenever I feel like it. I do this without worrying about things such as "plot consistency" or "interesting characters".
It's become like a diary, in a way. The earlier segments feel like they were written by a completely different person than me (even though I now obviously think they are all extremely cringe).
If you are lucky, this monstrosity might just be released within your lifetime. :)
